The staff at Dermatology Partners are friendly and professional. They practice social distancing, wear masks and the lobby seats are also marked as to where to sit while keeping your distance. Dr. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and was easy to talk to. I will continue to see them for my yearly check ups.

I felt very safe and protected from any bacterial or viral exposure. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. I was called back within 10 minutes. As usual, my appointment went well and my questions were answered. I would recommend the office to my. friends and family!

I called on Monday and they were able to fit me in on Tuesday. The receptionist was very nice. The appointment was right on time, the practitioner Jennifer Gould and the accompanying nurse made me feel very welcome and listened attentively to my questions. It was really a completely positive experience. I would highly recommend.
I went in today and after going to the wrong building was able to find them. I called to let them know i was lost and they helped me find the office but not in the nicest tone. I assumed because it was early that maybe the person i spoke with was just irritated and maybe running behind. I went into the office and was helped quickly and had a short waiting time. Once in the back office i was asked about my skin type and the reasoning for my visit. Once the doctor came in she took one look at my skin and told me that she had little patience for a 21 year old that had skin as bad as mine. She hadn’t asked me about the struggles I’ve had with trying to better my acne on my own but instead judged me for the current state of my acne and my scarring. She told me that we should see at least 50% improvement in 3 months or else she’ll have to find something more serious to fix my issues. I have never felt more embarrassed. She prescribed me some things and said that she expects positive results before my next visit because I’m more responsible than a 14 year old. The appointment took all of 15 minutes and she didn’t try to “get to know me” as a patient in any respect. There was nobody else in the office waiting , since i was the first appointment of the day. I cried on the drive home. I sure hope the medication she prescribed works.
