One of the best things to come out of this covid 19 crisis!! We haven't been in a supermarket since lock down but have the great good fortune to live in Malton & have discovered or rediscovered what buying local is all about. Fox's have the best meat products going. The flavours are second to none and a great choice as well. Favourites are pork chops where even I can get the crackling to go crispy! Venison, pheasant, smoked paprika sausages delicious. Cooked ham that you can actually taste & have sliced to a thickness you can't see through! The list goes on. The staff are all very friendly & you can have a laugh & a joke with them, all important in these trying times. Keep up the excellent work.
First class food and service. All cuts traceable and local. Wide range of game and specialities as well, both fresh and frozen. Cooked meats and pies available for lunch or tea. Seasonal items can be ordered in, and they will season meats for special recipes in advance. And like true butchers, they'll keep bones for broth and off-cuts for pets for you - just ask. Highly recommended.
