Sowerbys well what can i say, They do not look after their Tennants who have been with them for years without fail on rent and they will not get any problems fixed in a property you live in just email the landlords and make you live in a house with Mould and Damp and when the heating packs in due to cowboy Boiler Man they will try and say you have run the boiler low even though you have just got oil for the tank Please see attached photos and proof of how they treat their Customers/Tennants The Property i moved in at 72 The Street, Felthorpe as you can see on the Inventory there was damp and mould in the house on arrival and now they are trying to charge me 1600 to cover Loads of random Costs ! I will be taking this to Citizen advice and get a solicitor involved in this matter ASAP Many Thanks Andrew Lynn
Sowerbys were very professional throughout the whole process of us buying our house. The after sales service and Joanna in particular worked really hard not just to keep both sides informed but to help push the process along. We will certainly be coming back to Sowerbys in the future if we ever decide to move (which I'm sure we wont because the house we have moved into is perfect)! We received a fantastic service and have already recommended to others.
By far and away the best all round estate agency in Dereham. All through my sale they kept me informed with a weekly update, chased documentation where necessary and at all times kept me in the loop. Contrary to popular belief they were also the best price for conveyancing that I was quoted, and obtained the best valuation / price for my property. One who I shall not mention but are at the bottom of Swaffham Hill valued it close to 30k less than Sowerbys achieved!! Enough said I think.
My wife Jayne and I both use Sowerbys for letting our properties. We have been very pleased with Anna Davisons attitude to her work. Always reliable, her social skills at approaching both landlord and tenant are direct and perfect. She is diligent, speedy and thorough.
