Frequently attempts to pin council tax for another address on me and can't seem to decide how much is owed to whom by what and what for. Shambolic levels of disorganisation throughout.

Good staff let down by poor systems. Getting through to the right person is a difficult and frustrating process but once you're there they are helpful.

Housing/key select are a joke. Can't contact them, emails from them are no reply and they kick you off the register without responding to issues when you do email them.

About as useful as nipples on a lobster. I wish the licensing team were as slack with fines as they are with their assistance. If I were paying for this service...........Oh wait, I am!
