I have recently purchased a bike from Tim, it was generally a good experience. The bike is great however the guy delivering the bike couldn't handle the weight of it (EXC-f 350) and my wife had to help him with unloading the bike (I was at work). The guys are sometimes slow or don't to respond to emails, I have to assume they are busy but it would be nice to get a response when asking for a price on parts.

Took my Yamaha Raptor in for valve clearnce check and a general once over including sorting a front end speed wobble. Charlie was fantastic. Kept me upto date with any issues and diagnosed the fault which turned out to be a buckled front wheel. He then went out of his way to source me some amazing Goldspeed bead lock rims. Couldn't be happier and really couldn't recommend Derbyshire off road highly enough. I live in Nottingham and they're the closest Yamaha specialists to me. Bit of a run out but well worth it. Wouldn't take my quad anywhere else. Massive thanks Charlie and all the team!
Travelled an hour from Knutsford with grandson to look around and purchase a dirt bike. As we didn’t have an appointment we were not allowed in. However through the door we could see there was no other customer inside. They have no idea of customer service and deserve to fail. Not recommended.
Just brought a new KTM 300 EXC from Tim at Derbyshire Off Road, great price, service and advice. Tim even got the bike set up with my company graphics. Highly recommend a visit.
