Accessing the surgery whilst shielding and without the ability to use the phone has been difficult for my wife who is Deaf. This is a shame because our experience with the surgery under normal circumstances has been brilliant. This would likely be a 4 or 5 star review if access to alternative methods had been made available earlier. Update: An email address has now been provided after posting a negative review. We are pleased that the surgery was able to find an accessible solution.

Very efficient surgery and the admin staff are always helpful, accommodating and keen to help. The pharmacist is brilliant so knowledgeable and patient. Doctors are great and willing to refer to secondary care if necessary. I agree with another patient flu clinic very slick. Thank you all at Wellbrook.

Called for an appointment about 8.30am this morning. They offered an appointment at a time I couldn't make so rearranged for me to see someone the same day. Brilliant! Medical professional I saw was amazing. Helpful and informative. Thank you so much.

Vile reception staff... needed an appointment for my 8 month old baby, after spending an hour trying to get through, calling over 90 times, finally got through to be told they don't have an appointment. Asked for her advice on what to do, to be told 'it's not like its life or death' and to just call back tomorrow. Not quite sure how she is qualified to tell me it's not life or death. I was following the doctors advice to call back after a week if the antibiotics that he prescribed did not work and to avoid anywhere that he may pick up a secondary virus... receptionist told me to take him to a walk in centre, which is ridiculous as that's completely opposite to the qualified doctor told me to do... asked if I could have a call back from the doctor, straight 'no' from the receptionist. Rude and unsympathetic. I think you need a new career away from the general public...
