Booked in for replacement elements in 8 year old Truma 6e boiler. Friendly, informative and quick. Pleasant waiting area with refreshments. Given lovely bacon roll for breakfast and free lunch in canteen. Faultless.
Had an ac unit fitted here very recently and was very impressed from start to finish, from the helpfulness of getting the vehicle booked in to the final product being installed and me on my way home. There was some minor issues with the installation of the product but these were quickly resolved between the installation technician myself and the director, it was good that there was the opportunity to talk to all the people involved. Would certainly recommend
