This place deserves zero stars!! How they are still in business I will never know. The women in there are extremely rude and hostile! When I placed my order I ordered a few sizes for fit as they did not have the size/style I wanted to try on. Then when I went to collect I was told I can’t refund the unwanted items. How ridiculous, when the woman herself suggested ordering the other sizes and returning any that weren’t suitable. So if you HAVE to order from this shop be extremely careful with their “policies” as this is a way they easily catch people out. Also I would like to add my items were delayed by approximately 3 weeks after the agreed date. Unreliable & poor service. You won’t have my custom again!

Simply Uniform Or just simply the best!!! To give this company a 5 star rating would be an understatement. From the very first meeting I knew they would be the ones to supply my companies uniform. Any request was never to much and dealt within a timely manner. All the staff there were extremely kind, helpful and always made the time to deal with me. We spent all the time the was required on the clothing and the outcome was everything I wanted. I would just like to take the opportunity to say thank you SO much for all your hard work and delivering exactly what you said you would. Best wishes Serenity Bathrooms

This place don't deserve even zero. There was an issue with the order. They didn't listen what the customer to say. They shut the door on the face of the customer. Very bad attitude very very bad

I would never ever deal with this company again. After a pleasant 1st visit, to try on sizes I had nothing but hassle and rudeness from staff. We ordered our uniform in plenty of time to be delivered for school but never arrived, I had to chase up only to be told they were busy and that's why there was a delay. No apology and staff were really blunt, a week or so later I rang again to chase up and finally found out they were only hanging on for the book bag, so my sons uniform was sitting there waiting and nobody had rang to tell me. When I asked could they possibly deliver what uniform they DID have (I'd paid for delivery) I was tutted at but to be fair they did deliver the uniform that night. Over 6 weeks later I just heard something be put through my letterbox so went to check, it was simply uniform posting a note saying 'sorry we missed you' nobody had knocked on the door at all it was only because I was sat so close I heard her so I would have heard the knock. I ran outside to grab my long awaited book bag. I have begged the school to find another supplier as I will never use simply uniform again. Rude staff, zero communication and unhelpful to say the least. Very disappointed that my son started his 1st few days without the same uniform as his classmates but I understand things happen but simply uniform did nothing to help whatsoever and it was me constantly chasing on the phone and literally up the road after a van who's driver didn't knock. Awful service
