I had a fantastic days training during my cbt, I was a complete beginner and was made at ease from the moment I arrived. Easy explanations of each exercise which we discussed and I was given a demo, then it was my turn. I am more of a pragmatic than a theorist and the demo prior to each exercise helped me understand fully what was required. I loved every minute of the road ride and the two hours flew past. I will recommend Phoenix to all my friends, Thank you
