No training or support, no SOP's - just thrown in a the deep end & expectedto struggle on by myself - I'd have stayed any longer the men in white coats would have come for me the place is that bad - ended up in hospital less than 3 weeks after I quit feeling suicidal after the effects it had on me mentally!!!
