Went today with a couple of friends and had a nice experience. Not the cheapest activity, but there are a big range of pots in different styles and prices to choose from and lots of lovely painted pots to use as inspiration for your designs. Would definitely recommend for family activities, as well as for small groups of friends, and will be returning. Thanks!

Worst paint a pot iv been too. Rude lady. Doesn't know how to speak to her well paying customers. Not child friendly. Paints taken away from us. No choice between take home today or kiln, we were just given what we got. The children would have preferred to use the nice shiny colours with glitter which you can take home that day, but these were taken away from us as it was just taken we wanted them to go in the kiln. We heard another lady ask if her daughter could use a silver, to which she was told no as it's too expensive. Awful experience. Very expensive. And you feel as tho you cant talk let alone laugh with your children who are just trying to enjoy painting a pot. continuously being watched over and judged. It's taken very seriously to the point she even offered to finish it off for my 2 year old \u200d️ was going to book in for a birthday party, but certainly wont be returning. Also love how this lady puts herself a 5* review as a way of answering reviews by visitors \u200d️

We took our daughter today to have a foot print done for her 1st birthday. We were met by a young girl and was told she couldn't do it as she wasn't trained and her was boss was on holiday, the girl had no customer service skills, wasn't interested in helping us. When we agreed to paint something else, she told us to go upstairs, we waited for 20 minutes and she never came up to explain what we need to do or provide the materials. When we walked out she wasn't interested and was to busy talking to her friends. Will definitely not return and wouldn't recommend.

Turned up today 1st June at 10am to find the place closed. No problem, maybe the owner is running late, we'll go and have a coffee then im sure it will have opened up. 10.30am, still closed. Let's check the Facebook page for updates, nothing. Go for a play on the park, 11am still closed. Go for lunch, 1.15pm still closed. Not impressed. Have visited before and had an enjoyable time which is why we'd decided to return. But with unreliable opening hours we won't be visiting again.
