Good sized store with an extensive range of products. I like the home section at the back, there are lots of quirky items of home decor. Convenient free parking right outside, but this can get very busy. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially considering that this store is often understaffed for the amount of customers, but the staff there do their best to keep things running as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Last minute searching,for presents, got helped (I am only a gofer!), so need helping, great courtesy, and customer service, thank you. Plus able to park near. Called today,January 15,, asked for help as the department was upstairs,(my wife and myself, being quite old and exhausted , the shop manager asked if she could help, we told her our needs, she went and got our goods, the young lady at checkout, so kind and ,as the manager, a most welcoming smile, good traditional service , it’s worth going if only for the polite welcoming smile, thank you.

Great store and car park is big and free at Kingsway Derby, which is a bonus. Staff at the Next store at Kingsway are friendly, professional and efficient. Like shopping here and the store is big and I always find what I’m looking for. One small thing is that sizes can be hit and miss sometimes, but other than that this store is great.
