An excellent experience from the service department. After having issues with EML coming on, Olivia assisted in professional manner and ensured the job was completed quickly and efficiently. From the start, Olivia was on hand to offer any assistance and ensured I were happy with the service received. Courtesy car was great, she even checked if I were happy with that model etc. In these unprecedented times, the experience of the service is not the same, but the professionalism is always at the top. At Uchiha

I currently own a very nice Mercedes, I’m a huge AMG fan and wanted to view a different model and was told to wait for a sales person. 5 times I’ve been and waited over 30 minutes and 5 times no one has come to me. The women at reception (though polite) could see the frustration on my face and took my contact number after my 5th visit and said I would receive a call to arrange a full viewing. 3 weeks in and still no call. Other branches have been brilliant but Derby branch is tarnishing the reputation of Mercedes. They’ve already lost 2 customers, a friend of mine (works at pride park) was interested in the e-class and got no customer service (3 times) so went across to Audi and purchased an A6 estate. Personally I’m not an Audi fan but they were superb. Shame on you people! If I was managing this branch I’d be having some serious words with the staff or maybe it’s from the top, maybe the leadership is inadequate??

From start to finish been great. Test drive Sunday. Follow up call Monday and Henry went on paternity leave but in the capable hands of both Steve and James. Cannot fault their professionalism. Signed various paperwork digitally a week later and picked car up 2 days later. Steve showed me through some of the cars digital systems and I’ve been assured that any questions I only have to ring. Thank you

Although wasn’t allowed inside due to covid I didn’t have to wait long for my key to be collected at the door They did a great job on my car kept me in the loop. During the day then a fast collection of my key later when collected my car later than afternoon
