Excellent service throughout the whole process. Louise even came in on her day off to sort the hand over out so I could pick the car up when it was convenient for me. Couldn't ask for better costumer service.

Bought a Jaguar and thought the service was fantastic however, now I have the car the after sales support is very poor. I have a couple of problems with the car that I am trying to get advice for. I tried calling a few times with no answer or even being cut off. Finally got through and I was asked to send some pictures of the problem, which I did on the 3rd September but I haven't heard anything, no reply to email or phone call. Had to call again this morning told cannot speak to anyone from technical but the chap I emailed, Craig will call me back, I won't hold my breath. Picture attached is the distorted image from rear view parking camera. That fence and curb are totally flat. The image bends then simply distorts as you get closer, It makes parking very difficult.

Louise in sales worked out a cracking deal for me on the new Defender, very pleased with the overall experience of purchasing a car from Derby Land Rover during lockdown, I also had my new car collected from home for more accessories to be fitted thank you again Louise. A big thank you to Louise who found us exactly the deal we wanted, after several other sales people had failed miserably. Louise was very professional and helpful, kept us informed all the way and answered all our questions. The click and collect service worked really well , as did all the online electronic form signing. Great sales service.
