Went to buy sewing machine. Very helpful in helping me select one suitable for my needs. Ended up with a Janome 230 DC within budget and had an extension table to boot. They even helped wheel it down to the bus station for me. A really good experience all round. Thank you Elegance. Lynne
Very helpful and friendly staff. No pressure to buy but took the time to explain how the machine worked even though the shop was quite busy. Would feel comfortable ,if I had a problem, phoning and asking for advice. Great
