Rude and ignorant member of staff sarcastic to someone who is making a complaint. What you need is manners or change you front facing staff!!!! Some people can't help themselves. No wonder you have to screen withheld numbers what might be acceptable in your receptionists country of origin is certainly not acceptable over here. Maybe you need a staff review

They confirmed a viewing on Thursday 22.10.2020 and none of the agents showed up. When I called in their office nobody took the call or called back either. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional and unethical.
Really great group over at Blue i, William goes above and beyond for you if you need anything. Our rented house was transferred over to them 2 months ago and they’ve been 100x more helpful. Original agency would leave us waiting weeks for emergency repairs but Blue i gets it done fast. Would recommend to anyone.
Of the four student letting agents I've used, Blue I has by far been the best. Friendly staff, everything is resolved quickly and without hassle. Management is excellent and everything you could reasonably expect is there - they go above and beyond to help. Easily the best student letting agent in Derby.
William Barron the owner of Blue i property is nothing but a charlatan. He will befriend you while he wants something from you, then turn on you. He tried to take all of our deposit and more until we disputed his actions with the DPS. He will cherry pick your deposit until it is gone, like it is his own money to spend on the next tenant. Take lots of pictures and report every detail even dirty outside window frames. Please DO NOT put your review up on Google until you have LEFT the property and been through the whole rental process. You have been warned.
