Asked for a quote but refused to even entertain doing the work and was very rude on the phone, due to the fact that I'm 5 miles away from him! No customer service whatsoever
I scuffed my front bumper on a lampost after misjudging the distance between it and my driveway. Called up for a repair, John came the next day to evaluate and give me a quote. Prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the workmanship. He truly went above and beyond what I expected. Safe to say I am very pleased with the results - my bumper looks as good as new!
