Air IT

I’m happy to recommend Air-IT as a managed IT service provider to businesses in the Derby area. I was introduced to the company in January 2013 and was immediately struck by the professionalism of their setup and the investments they’ve made into providing the best possible IT support. The Service Desk, which is open 11 hours a day on week days, is manned by friendly, fully-qualified technicians who are always happy to go the extra mile to resolve any technical issues I raise with them. Air-IT is a company that really seems to be going places – making it the ideal IT partner for fast-growing businesses.

Air-IT is unusual amongst IT support companies because they combine the best in technical skills with a real passion for customer service. They provide first rate IT support and a full range of managed IT services to all kinds of companies in Derby and across the East Midlands – and they number quite a few high growth businesses amongst their clients. I’ve already recommended Air-IT to several of my clients and have received some fantastic feedback already. They certainly know how to make a great impression and improve on the services of previous IT providers by exceeding their clients’ expectations all the way. So if you’re a business in the Derby area that’s looking for high quality IT support, I strongly recommend you give Air-IT a call.
