Well what a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other brands. Fantastic, friendly and helpful sales staff turned my quick browse while waiting for my flight into a purchase of two items. Was made to feel so welcome here which is much more than I can say for the other brands next door. I even got a follow up email a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with my purchases and that I had a good flight! I have no hesitation in recommending this store, pricing is also genuinely tax free.
