If I can provide more than 5 stars, I would not hesitate simply because DTCM helped me lately in recovering an old refund from a travel agency where this travel agency has dragged me for 6 months until Louiza intervened and made it a quick mission. It was my first time dealing with DTCM and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had when it comes to customer service. I had a slight issue with a certain hotel and once I contacted the customer support email I received a reply within 5 min, and after another 30min the issue that I had which was pending for over two months was resolved instantly. Mrs. Louiza Samia the person handling my complaint was swift and professional with managing my complaint she literally went over and beyond to help out. Thank you so much DTCM for having such professional staff on hand.
