Excellent professors and researchers, but extremely arrogant / fit-for-nothing administrators, some of whom are also lazy racists having no accountability whatsoever. Unfortunately, the professors are toothless to speak against them. Many excellent researchers are facing the heat and resigning from their positions because of the insolent behaviour of majority of the admins. (PAs, Finance etc..)
