I have written to them. I have called them at least 15 times to hear, no one to help on recording and then hang up. I have tried all other suggested numbers - I was due my pension in Dec, having it put off by 7 years - now, not to have anything, retired with nothing after working and paying for the past 45 years. No response, even writing to them - no email available either.

I have tried for 4 days this week plus 3 days last week to.speak to someone regarding my Winter Fuel Payment. I have not received a letter which I usually get advising me of the amount coming into my Bank. I think even in the difficult time we are in that I cannot get to speak to an adviser!!! It is continuous all through the day. Companies have provided a call back service. I have in the last few months been in a wheelchair after several spinal operations have failed. I am stuck in doors. I cannot believe that I have not been able to get to speak to anyone. Can this service be inproved? Christina Bloomfield.

Been trying to get through for two weeks to find out information about an apparent debt I owe. Everytime I get through the lengthy automated process it hangs up. Kind of hard to set up a payment when you don't bloody answer.

I've rang and rang and rang, no answer. They are probably all shirking from home watching the films on Netflix. I had to contact Age UK and even my MP and the matter is still not resolved. It's outrageous.Imagine this carry on in the private sector.
