Saint Claire’s CCIS had the best experience, certain staff members were amazing at making kids feel safe and protected, and like we had people to talk to. The groups are also well organized, and fun to do and they really help to give more coping skills and methods to deal with mental health issues. Staff members like Barbara, Fernando, Nicole, Brigitte, Brielle, and Christine make it so that the kids here feel safe and cared for. I highly recommend St.Claire’s behavioral health for your kids who need the help they can give.

I have a very bad experience at this location My daughter had several virtual visit with a clinical psychologist and therapist and each time they inform us that there is no copay because it is virtual and because of the corona the copay is waved Then my daughter received a bill of 400 of all the previous copays and I called several times trying to speak to anyone in charge and I left several voice mails but no one returns my calls. My daughter is just a college student

If you’re looking to get trapped in a billing nightmare, look no further than St Clares Behavioral Health. I got billed a non discussed, ridiculous rate. The billing department was no help- promised to send me an itemized bill with codes- never did. I contacted the care giver who had another billing person call me- she just repeated “we bill as a facility”- she had nothing but this script to add. She referred me to her manager, WARREN RIVERS to assist me. I’ve called and called. I received two messages at the end of business days- I would try to call back- nothing. I’ve now left 3 more unanswered Messages. Nothing. I’m convinced they just want to threaten me with collection than work to fix their billing issue- awful!!!

Literally the worst and most disorganized behavioral health inpatient I have ever been to. They are extremely understaffed at all times which makes for complete disorganization and chaos. You have to ask for everything (including a cup of water) and the staff will put you off until you beg 5 or more times for something. I was here for 5 days and all but 3 groups were canceled due to lack of staff. Upon check in, there are no signs and none of the EMTs know where to go to get to the clinic so they spent 30 minutes shuffling down the halls. Once inside the clinic, there is literally nothing to do as they have no books, magazines, puzzles or games. With groups mostly canceled, you’re pretty much left to boredom while you’re already in a state of distress. Honestly, this place makes mental health problems worse. They need to get things together!

DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE. Go to any other hospital with psychiatric care. We brought a family member here THREE TIMES in THREE DAYS because of his violent behavior and threatening words and they DID NOT ADMIT HIM. He was waiting for HOURS for psych EMERGENCY for at least two of those days. Other mental health professionals we have consulted about what happened to my family member have all said how they are SHOCKED by their decision not to care for him, and their psychiatrist Dr. Sportelli's decision (who my family member has been seeing for over two years) to make NO ADJUSTMENTS to his medication. I would say it's a joke if it was so depressingibgly tragic my family member can't get the help he needs.
