Pros: Excellent food. I had the limo saltado. It was perfect. My companion's dishes were equally good. The ambiance is nice. Certainly upscale. Cons: Our table wasn't ready at our reservation time. We waited 15 minutes to be seated. Not a huge deal, but we weren't offered drinks or anything while we waited, which was a bummer. I believe the restaurant was understaffed because our server was struggling to keep up. Drinks were slow, plates weren't cleared before additional dishes arrived, etc. Overall the food was so good that I'll definitely return, hopefully on a night with more servers and reserved table at the ready!

What a great experience! The food was fantastic and our waiter Eric was amazing!! We did the bottomless brunch and each course was wonderful. The only item I'd suggest working on is the pork belly taco and only because of the tortilla itself. The recipe is just off a bit. It was too grainy and chewy. Everything else was fab! And again, our waiter Eric was quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. Great place!

This is my new favorite Latin restaurant in Denver! A lovely blend of Central America cuisine with some Peruvian and Argentinian influences. Our server Nick was attentive and friendly. The drinks were creative. The agua fresca palate cleanser was a fun touch to welcome us. We loved the burrata, the empanadas, and the swordfish appetizers. Having been to Peru and falling in love with ceviche with amarillo aji, this unfortunately did not live up to my expectations (outside of the stunning presentaron). Everything else was excellent. Unfortunately the patio was full, and I thought I requested it, but the interior was just lovely.

The atmosphere and music are wonderful and make you feel like you're on vacation. The food was exceptional. My only complaint was the service or lack there of. My first drink took well over 10min to arrive at my table. Our server never cleared our menus from our very small table. When she dropped off my drink she didn't even look at the table to see that we needed dishes bused and my friend needed another drink. I finally flagged her down and asked for another drink for my friend. When the drink finally arrived she just sat it on the table next to the empty glass and empty plates. She seemed too busy to go over the menu with us or even take our order. This is very disappointing bc the food was great. I am going to come back and give it another try and hopefully service is better.

Toro is one of the most incredible dining experiences in Denver, CO. The food and drinks were a delicious journey through different styles of Latin cuisine. The service exceeded fine dining standards. The atmosphere was breathtaking. And they're serving up all of this as a new restaurant during a pandemic. This was easily one of the best meals (and experiences) I've had in Colorado and I look forward returning often. Definitely check them out if you're near Cherry Creek (or drive just to come here). You will not be disappointed

Excellent choice we made. We were looking for a restaurant with a latino influence and we couldn't had more luck. Toro has a great bottomless option for brunch, where you can try different plates for a fix price. The service was amazing, and Elsa shined for her welcoming touch.
