Our sales agent Will Barnett was awesome to work with. Extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Everyone was good and experience was great with the exception of the financing guy. He didn't seem very friendly and seemed annoyed when I asked for differences with prices for warranties after changing car choice in the end. When the Sales manager stepped in he was amazing but the person doing finance work is just NOT a good people person. If it wasn't for that I'd give 5 stars for sure. Even with having to take my New 2021 Durango for service shortly after a minor cosmetic flaw with the door I was fairly satisfied with their professionalism.

Everything was well at first, I went of the reviews and figured I couldn’t go wrong at this dealership. My salesman josh was awesome. Quick buying process as well. The car looked good on the outside, even drove well on the test drive. I’m Rating a 2 star because a week after I bought my vehicle (2015 Dodge Durango) the oil change light came on. Got my oil change then 2 weeks later I’m now getting a engine light code that reads a have cylinder 2 misfires, bad rocket arm. That’s a major repair less then a month. It seems as if the vehicle was never serviced. I’ve also called 2 days in a row and been told they’ll call me back and haven’t received that call yet. When your spending this type of money you just expect better.
