First off I just wanted to thank this Denny's for their outstanding customer service and the care they provided for us during this Pandemic. We unfortunately lost a loved one and had to figure out how to provide a meal to the family and helpers in the safest way possible. The Denny's on Power Road was more than willing to provide the meals, cooked, prepackaged, with condiments and all provided...AND at a reasonable price. The staff there made that more than easy to accomplish. I just want to give thanks to the specific Denny's on their great job everyone loved the meals and your staff was really awesome, kind, and friendly from the time I ordered to the time we picked up the meals. This it's something we will always remember! Thank you!!! Again for your outstanding service and delicious food. Also for the sympathy card. From the Washington Family

While the food was tasty, the up selling of avocado, jalapeno, etc. Was NOT worth the five extra dollars that we paid. Our service was mediocre because she was so busy. What started as a 22.00 breakfast ended up being almost thirty, beware of upselling. What happened to the masks? Aren't we in a pandemic?
When we first walked in the hostess was not polite at all. We sat down and then this burst of sunshine named Nina greeted us and the experience changed. She was absolutely amazing! Helpful, polite, and waited on us hand and foot. I observed her kneel down eye level with an elderly couple and help them understand the menu and order. Thank you Nina for the most amazing experience with Denny’s that we have had.

Absolute worst service/food I’ve ever ordered from anywhere. Regardless of the delivery service used, the portion size for the fries was ridiculous and EVERYTHING was disgustingly cold. NOTHING had any warmth to it. Order for hungry child incorrect, chicken fried steak instead of the chicken fingers that was ordered. Could not, did not eat, after an hour and a half wait. Delivery service refunded my money, but I will never order from this location again. N E V E R.
