Great doctors shame about the pharmacy being full of druggies waiting for their fix

Nothing available but telephone appointments... which I can understand at the moment. But.. when you dial every 15 seconds from 08.00 to 08.43 and get the engaged tone constantly abd then find you are '5' in queue, it's not good.
Only telephone appointments, and most of the time I can’t get through, I call up to get an appointment and the staff are shirty with me, I also often go in for prescriptions to find that they are not there. Once I went in for a prescription and they told me that they didn’t have it rather aggressively, only to find out moments later that it was actually at the pharmacy
Been with the surgery 2 years, very difficult to actually see a Doctor, only telephone appointments which can take up to 3 days, reception can be abrupt or fairly polite depending on who answers, I think their patient list is probably way to big for them to deal with, I'm going to change my surgery sadly.
Great practice. Pleasant Reception and first class doctors who care for their patients, are thorough in their diagnosis and treatment, and take time to give good explanations. We’re lucky to have this practice in town.
