After having a very pleasant young man come and tell me all about the bed. I am disgusted with the after sales service. My mattress is an adjustable one where I can have it soft or firm. After sleeping each night the mattress goes down. I made this complaint three weeks ago and I still have had no one come to sort it out. I won’t be recommending this company to anyone.

I am so glad that I am not the only person who has had a poor experience with this firm. I am now on my third perhaps fourth mattress- I have given up counting! To cut a long story short, I have never been successful at making those in ‘high places’ understand that after spending almost 900 on a single mattress, I expect not roll toward the edge. This has happened on ALL of the mattresses I have had. I have lost count of the number of engineers who have come, agreed with me that the mattress is faulty, take a photograph and leave. I am not complaining about the firm’s service as they have always returned calls and been very polite, but what they refuse to understand is if they cannot provide me with a mattress that functions for me, I would like to have my money returned so that I can purchase one that suits my needs. I have had an Adjustamatic bed for at least 35 years and this is the first time I have had a problem.
