totally unprofessional staff , completely fraud. at time of start of contract they gave me different details , and my contract is completely different. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!
The stuff was unprofessional, unfriendly and without interest to help the customer to get further with the question. An hour before closing the stuff had difficulties with taking a phone and give a call to the support centre to help the customer further. I got advice that was far worse to my current deal. I wonder how Vodafone is getting their stuff motivated (reading also other customers notes).
Great service but can be very busy a times.
I tried calling them (I'm currently sick and wanted to ask questions) and the answer machine is only in Dutch with no other options for communication.
I went to buy sim for my phone, they give me internet sim.
I moved to The Hague 3 weeks ago and I opened bank account as well. They said that bank account should be opened 6 months ago to get phone and simcard together. He said that rule belongs to Vodafone. I said that I have 3 year contract and I will pay online or cash and I have Ziggo account for discount. He directly rejected and he said that I had no chance to buy phone before 6 months (It was really bad welcome :( ). Manager in there really rude and not helpful. Then I went to Media Markt and I bought telefone and sim card without any problem. I called Vodafone they said that there is no rule like that. Manager please do not create a strange rule with your mind!! (What's more you do not have any technology to get about creation date of my account. Do not trust date on card! How do you know maybe I lost my card and opened a new account)
Horrible experience. Very rude representatives... And not only rude, but also not qualified. They are incapable of providing you with the help. In particular, Chaima شيما treated me horribly. She couldn't explain to me why my monthly bundle wasn't automatically restarted.. so my entire balance was depleted. She said "I just can't help you" and was not able to provide any explanation. Stay away from there.. unless you want to be ripped-off, mistreated, and discriminated for not speaking dutch
