Nothing...zero...oblivion. Cannot even talk to anyone to arrange how to leave the car for service. I had to cancel the service appointment and live with the issues, simply because it is not possible to have a call. Tesla is by far the worst car owning experience I ever had in my life. Especially after they crippled my battery with an update. I cannot wait to get rid of it and say goodbye forever.

Service is good and the serviceteam is friendly and helpful, however getting in touch with the service team by phone is really a challenge.
Service is getting less and less personal what a shame. Bought all my Teslas via this location (s and x and a new x). One of my keyfobs does not work so I thought let's stop by Tesla The Hague. Guys asked me to request for service in the app because they are too busy.!!!! WTH!!!! This is how you treat your long time store customers. I heard one of the other service guys insinuating a customer to post high score ratings!!! You need to deserve those Tesla... !! So my personal connection with Tesla The Hague has died today. What a shame!!!
Very slow &bad service (I had to email and call many times and wait a few months to get things fixed) and a lot of delivery problems (make sure you check everything when you get your new car). But my Model 3 drives truly great. Tip: do get the extra trunk mat!
Very dissapointed about Tesla, I have ordered tesla model 3 on December 27th in 2018 and I have payed 1000 euro refundable deposid, in march I have called Tesla to ask them when I can expect my car and they told me that by the end of the year 2019. I did not want to wait and I canceled my order, today its 9 months since I canceled my order and I still did not get my 1000 euro deposit back. Tesla doesnt comunicate at all. I really regret to trust and ever making order with them. They dont return deposits and dont comunicate.
