Absolutely the worst mover ever because they are in fact unable to actually move your stuff. They sent movers who never moved my things, because they said they were unable to. I then had to pay cancellation costs which were going to be set off against the costs of the move to be done by another team. However on the new date itself once again they sent me an email stating they weren't able to move my things as agreed over the phone. Internal communication is extremely bad, you agree something with one guy and then another says the exact opposite. DO NOT use these people.
The guys were so polite and fast and careful! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing moving services. Also accommodating with a short notice.
