Awful customer service, terrible communication. And old lady hardly communicated properly with me on the phone, wich lead to multiple miscomunications. I also was given various rude remarks during the call. Upon coming to the appointment, the misscimunications became clear, and upon pointing these out, this same old lady feugned ignorance stating she had said everything there is to be said. She wouldn't even listen to my side of the story, claiming this'd just be a \yes no game\. Awful. Don't go here if you are expecting proper communication and services. Furthermore, the condition of this location is inproper, filthy at best. Being right in the middle of a neighberhood, this can't pass. Lastly, I'm not looking firward to an arrogant response to this review. I'm less than pleased with how I was treated. EDIT: I was given proper excuses for the behavior I was given during the appointment. However, it should've never have come to this point. Still very dissapointed, but I'm glad they understood the mistake.

Terrible customer service. They hung up on me mid conversation when I was trying to schedule an appointment. Seems like they do not want me to adopt at their shelter.
They do a great job in the rescue of Rodents. Mostly ran by volenteers and everything payed out off gifts.
Animal shelter, lots of rodents and rabbits. We've got quite some nice pets from here over the years, just recently two older male rats.. Nice. Just make sure to make an appointment if you want to come and visit..
Lots of cute animals, knowledgeable volunteers, bunnies hopping around freely. A bit dirty though, but that's to be expected.
