Great experience with starting a contact lens trial. Robin was very knowledgeable and professional, giving advice on eye care, tear film thickness, and the different brands of lenses available. Received a free eye test, hearing test, and trial contact lenses. Staff never pushed to make additional purchases or try to get out of the advertised free trial (as other opticians in the area). Highly recommend this branch!

I did my first pair of glasses here in November 2019 and the staff took the time to choose the frame with me, but they did not provide any information about the glasses or that I can choose to have extra protection or that the lenses can also be UV. For someone who never had to wear glasses it made me feel weird and confused because I would have like to know about extra protection that I can add to them or basic information. Also, I found it rude that you did not let me have access to my test results so now if I want to buy from your website lenses I have no clue what are the exact numbers for my eyes. For a one time in 1-2 years visit I should be informed better. I do not like fast shopping, mostly when I buy expensive products.
Very helpful staff. Their prices are way more affordable than other opticians.
Worst experience ever. After 1 hour of choosing frames I was informed that they can't provide \free\ lenses with all frames. Second free glasses you can only get for yourself. All prices on their frames are twice more expensive than on market, no wonder they provide \second for free\. They were looking for my glasses for 40 minutes. They also made wrong record and made wrong glasses. Had to wait for 3 more weeks to get them right.
I got my first glasses in here!! And I love it so much, the service was excellent I didn't need to wait for the next few days to check my eyes.
