Very very bad company and bad people never buy from there We were waiting 12 weeks for sofa delivery. When sofa finally arrived, it wasn't fitting in the standard front door. We call the company and we told them that the Sofa is bigger then the door what should we do they told us this is your problem go fix it your self the Shop didn't warn us about that. We paid again 160euro for delivery and then additionally for window removing to construction company. Sales people we called were rude and not helpful at all. Not recommended.
Poor Customer Service and keeping the customer uninformed: I have called them so many times asking about the status of my order but they say we cannot check the status before 3 months. I mean, how is that possible!! Why can you not tell me when will my sofa arrive. How can a company run without telling their customers their order status. No portal to check, no info via phone, guys please do not buy from here. I highly recommend not to buy from here. Not sure about the quality but the customer experience is definitely bad.
Extremely pushy sales tactics, didn't respect my wish to think about their offer, and when I declined the manager switched to insulting me. Unbeleavable!

Worst service you will ever encounter. Took 5 months to arive and the delivery service was 3 hours late and they were very rude. They also forgot the fridge that i paid for with the sofas. I ordered 4 seats that are able to recline. But one of them came with out the recline. This is the worst shop i ever dealt with.
Worst Service - you'll ever face while buying your home decor. Customer Service is slammed.. It's been 3 months and I haven't received a chair yet. DO NOT BUY from Seats and Sofas ..
