Untrustworthy, unprofessional and rude to customers. After agreeing on 30 euro price to find the problem with my PC, he called me the next day and asked for double the price and said that \he did a few extra things\. When I refused to pay more than what we agreed on he closed the phone in my face. When I went there to take my PC back, he locked the shop door for a few minutes preventing me from exiting with the hope that I will give him the extra 30 euros. I felt threatened but I stood my ground, he finally let me out while insulting me and telling me not to come back there.

I brought my laptop to change the keyboard and said I will need it in 10 days sharp. They reassured me this will be done in time and called in a few days saying that they have received the spare parts required and that I can take my laptop back in 2 days. When I came there after 4 days, they claimed the keyboard they ordered was not the right one and it would take another 2 weeks to finish the job. When I decided to take my laptop back, they charged me 20 euros for cleaning inside of the laptop even though I had never asked them to do it. They clearly don't know what they are doing, don't go there.
