It's a nice restaurant but the food was ok. The menu changes every week. We picked the surprise menu. Fish based. The first course was a torched macro. Raw in the middle with pickled radish on a bed of steamed spinach. There was no seasoning which was odd. It needed salt. Second course was a crispy filo pastry wrapped egg and sound blushed tomatoes in abed of smooth lovely mushrooms. Nice but odd combo. Third dish was a place split in two with strange smoked fried cheese? On a Mediterranean style cockles and some nice asp6i think. The waiter deboned the fish in front of us and honestly we could have done better..but ok nothing mind blo6. The fried whate6it was was so smoky it overwhelmed everything else so lot great. Desswas yummm simple ginger ice cream with berries and some sort of sponge cake bits. Whine was delicious and cava too. Word combinations for me. So not rushing back.

One of the best restaurants in The Hague. Order the Chefs surprise menu. Great service, excellent dishes and great desserts that can be accompanied by some good digestives. If you have a good taste you have to try this really nice restaurant. Service with a smile.

For years I rated this 5*. Our last visit 3*. It has changed in the last couple of years - mainly front of house. Nice touches that you came to count on are gone, service is odd at best. Pity.

This night, we visited italy. Every dish we chose, was really tasteful. The host took his time, and brought us more dishes and wine just to let us taste. He really likes his job! The restaurant only has seven tables,This wonderful restaurant was in walking distance of our Best Western hotel downtown. It's a family business, with really tasty regional Italian cuisine Presentation was just great like art work really.
