Staff are sometimes helpful, but certainly not late in the afternoon during peak periods like Christmas season. A wide selection of perfumes, colognes and other products. Often they'll even let you have samples to use at home if you ask nicely. One salesperson was even quite helpful in advising me to buy 2 of smaller sized products instead of a large one since it would be cheaper that way.

I subscribe to many perfumeries, but this one remains the best of all, the wonderful staff and attentive to your needs and very competent, every time I leave from Douglas I feel happy
The worst experience ever.. I went to that shop for a specific perfume but couldn't find myself the shelf with the brand and tried to find an available shop assistant to navigate me, but all of them were busy. So i just waited next to one in the perfume section (unfortunately did’t remember her name). It took quite a long time but finally it seemed that she finished with the customer and i draw her attention with the “Excuse me”. Her reaction just shocked me. She replied in very rude and irritated tone something like this- “Don’t you see i am busy with the customer?! Go find someone else to help you!”. Very Outrageous rudeness.. Of course i wouldn’t recommend to go to that store as long as they have such impolite and hostile staff.

Duurde best wel lang voordat ik werd geholpen maar verder wel een prima zaak.
Ben net weggelopen: -niemand wilde me begroeten -niemand wilde me helpen met het zoeken naar Dior eyeliner en ik had een lege doosje van mijn vorige in mijn handen. Zo stond ik alleen voor 5 min en ik vroeg een van de mëisjes om naar mij te komen maar we deed alsof ik bestaa niet. Waarom? Misschien omdat mensen zijn niet goed opgeleid? Ik had een mondkapje aan. Allé landen omheen Nederland hebben mondkapjes verplicht in de winkels. Als ik een mondkapje draag betekend niet dat ik een corona heb. Dat betekend dat ik mensen respecteer. En die Douglas mëisjes juist niet.
