I found Onesta to be extremely easy to work with. I've dealt with Floor, Sarah and Lisette, and all three were wonderful. The website is easy to navigate, they've got a great personal touch to their operation, and the apartment I landed in is absolutely gorgeous. I'd highly recommend Onesta to anyone searching for accommodation in Den Haag.

Excellent service. Quick response.
We are an expat family with a high 6 figure salary. Our appearance is far from being dodgy. Went to view a property ( 2000 euros monthly rent), made an offer of 1900, although we were willing to pay the full price (2000). Two days later the price was down to 1800 on Funda without informing us. We had to chase after the broker, she was out of reach. Had to personally walk in to the Onesta office and allegedly they had no clue about the new price. Our offer of 1900 was denied and the broker was “surprised” by the new price on Funda. After two weeks the appartement is still on Funda for 1800. How can this discrimination be explained???? Very unprofessional, wasting our time and loosing money for the landlord! Utterly Disastrous!
Excellent Service provided, inspite of confusion due to the new afordable housing ruling which delayed the processing of contract signing. Highly recommended for rental services!
Absolutely unprofessional. Had a viewing arranged with them which was a week after i contacted them for an apartment (although earlier date was possible for me!) Then they cancelled the viewing a day before it was supposed to happen because the place had been rented out. How is it possible to rent the apartment before all the viewings have finished? Just wasted my time with this agency. And when i complained I was told that it's not unprofessional \but just the way it works.\ This company is a joke.
