Terrible teribble terrible! If I could give 0 point that was better...that is what they deserve...Please don't go there...it's more than six months I'm registered there but up to now I couldn't make an appointment there....receptionist is terrible...they just ask you stupid questions and give you stupid answer to not going there! I have really pain and I need doctor today ...I gonna change my doctor but that takes also 4-5 days!
Receptionist is very rude. High tones and does not show sympathy at all. Instead of asking \how can i help you?\, She asked \what do you want me to do?\ (In a very agitating way). She even got mad at some point and uses street languange. I was very shocked! It seems like she had too much stress at work, but she should not throw it at other people. You should realize this sooner when you work in a health/care branch.
Very good service. However just one con I had to wait more than an hour at the pharmacy because they hadn't sent my prescription through.
Had een afspraak met de poh-ggz. Bij binnenkomst kreeg ik te horen dat een mondkapje niet gewenst maar verplicht is. Op het moment dat ik aangaf geen muilkorf wenste op te zetten werd mij mede gedeeld dat ze me dan niet wilden helpen. Op de vraag waarom ze zelf geen mondkapje op hadden was het antwoord: die gaan we straks opzetten. Blijkbaar betreft het hier weer zo'n virus dat zich aan de openingstijden houdt
Slordig, onbeleeft, arroganten en vijandig vooral de doktersassistenten. Ik raad niemand aan om als patiënt bij huisartsenpraktijk in te schrijven.
Top huisarts! Dokter Amekran is heel vriendelijk, stelt je op je gemak en heeft me altijd goed geholpen.
Altijd goed geholpen. Vriendelijk en goed opgeleid personeel. Vriendelijke huisarts en zeer bekwaam!
