The website has a lot of errors. I would never order with Mac cosmetics ever again. They took my Money but never processed my order. I can’t believe this is possible in such a big organization.
They have great beauty consultants, helpful, not intimidating like any other beauty consultants. They will ask you if you need their assistance but if you don't need that they're going to let you enjoy your experience in MAC without feeling being intimidated.
MAC Cosmetics online is de grootste teleurstelling die ik heb meegemaakt! Bestelling geplaatst, je krijgt netjes een bevestiging daarna hoor je 2 weken niets, je mailt de klantenservice maar hoort helemaal niets. Vervolgens krijg je via de bezorg dienst netjes je pakket bezorgd, dan denk je fijn! Blijkt dat je bestelling onvolledig is, dus ga je bellen, sta je minimaal 30 min in de wacht, dan hang je gefrustreerd op, denk je ik probeer op een ander tijdstip of dag! Inmiddels 3 dagen verder en bij elkaar 2 uur in de wacht te hebben gezeten geef ik het op!! Ik koop nooit meer iets online bij Mac Cosmetics, met hun BIJZONDER SLECHTE KLANTENSERVICE! In de winkels wordt je wel goed behandeld als klant overigens, complimenten aan alle medewerkers aldaar!
Ik word altijd goed geholpen, Ferry is de beste Make -up Artist hier in de stad! Dankjewel ik zal altijd mijn Mac spulletjes bij jou halen !
