We went there for a visit with the university, it was very interesting and definitely worth going if you are even slightly interested in beer brewing! Not a problem at all what religion (if any) you practice, they’re super open!! We had a great tour of the whole building, brewery included, and we finished off with a tasting of 6 different beers!! What a hidden gem in TH!

I was on a sentimental journey went I came across this shop. Almost 60 years ago I was in the kindergarten run by the nuns that lived in the convent where this shop is located. Local home brew beer is the main article here sold with love. I was allowed to visit the chapel up the stairs. A hidden pearl with beautiful stained glass. Hidden because in the protestant The Hague catholic churches were not welcome for a long time. Somewhere, deep in the memory of this 5 year old child lives a memory of climbing those same stairs into this wonder of of colors.

Jammer dat ze er alleendrank verkopen en een beetje aardewerk. Erg weinig. Geen boeken. Kruisjes en kleine snuisterijen.vooral weinig voor gezinnen. Gemiste kans.
