The worst watch store I have ever seen in my entire life! Really unprofessional!!!! They kept me waiting for 1hr to change the battery of my watch. Then they suddenly broke the pin of my watch, which was a gift from an old friend and my home country and just said “sorry! It’s eigen risico”. They even didn’t accept their mistake to fix my watch! Avoid this shop if you like your belongings!

Diamonds fell out of my engagement ring. Instead of a replacement stone I wanted to change rings, they refused and argued that \the ring looked worn\. Yes, the engagement rings usually are I think.
Various options and also cheap. But the store is quite small so it can be quite claustrophobic when it's crowded on the sale season
