Zonder pinpas mag ik niet meer langskomen in deze Kruidvat om producten te kopen. Ik word dan niet geholpen, volgens een medewerkster achter de kassa van deze Kruidvat. Een arrogante meid. Beleid van het Kruidvat: 'Contant betalen, ja dat kan! Wij vragen je bij de kassa bij voorkeur te betalen met pin, mobiele telefoon of creditcard (Mastercard of Visa). Als je alleen over contant geld beschikt, wissel het dan uit zonder handcontact. Wij vragen je dit voor jouw veiligheid, en die van ons. Bekijk hier hoe je onze medewerkers in de winkel nog meer kan helpen.' In deze Kruidvat hebben ze dus hun eigen regels.
