Very nice place, excellent service.
The toys are fine, but the workers could use a bit of customer service. Returned a toy which had multiple missing pieces. When I did, I exchanged for something else and was told that batteries would be free with purchase. They weren't. 3 euros. When I went to return the items yet again as I wasn't satisfied, the older lady asked why I wanted a copy of my return receipt in a very rude manner. That's only normal to have a return receipt everywhere I've ever worked. Unpleasant experience. The young man who works there is extremely pleasant though.
Small sized, but OK to get your birthday presents.
