The first time I bought a basic plan by filling out the form on their website, everything was smooth. The second time when I tried to apply for the Master plan it was painful though, since you have to talk with someone from their team to get the form and send it back via email. Took forever for them to reply, like over a month with constant reminder emails and phone calls... Aside from that, the service is great so far, got my insurance money back for dental expenses after just a couple of days. The procedure for claims is really simple and straightforward. I think they are just really overloaded, probably they should hire many more staff for customer supports.

INSURE TO MAFIA. Whatever you do, do not get this insurance. I thought it was only me but 5 others friends complained about problems they’ve had with insure to study. Horrible experience. They sometimes for some Months charge you double and they extend contracts without even getting a signature from you and you will have to fight them to fix their mistakes. What a horrible business that desperately needs new management. How can a company operate so terribly In a market which you have to be so careful like the insurance market. One star is a rating to high for this company.
So far it was reasonably easy to set up, and good help email that enabled extension and a help during corona. The one claim I have made was paid back without issue
This insurance helps me alot in my conditions with affordable price for the student. They answered fast and supported my cases as soon as possbile. I appreciate that. Highly recommend if u are a student in The Netherlands.
It's painful having to communicate with them. They don't read your questions/comments and reply back with 3 words that make no sense. Even if you take your time to write a detailed email so they understand your points/questions, they dismiss and reply back talking about completely different things. This is not just language barriers...it's unwillingness to help.
