I absolutely recommend this converted bank, no better way to stay in my previous hometown! The thick bank walls makes it a quiet and safe place to stay right in the middle of the vibrant city center. My room was lovely, well-designed, a big comfi bed, a generous complimentary minibar, and waking up like a with those beautiful views on the Noordeinde palace. Excellent service

--- Room 2/5 The rooms are clean and the look is something special. But they are very "loud", you can hear each of your neighbor and everything from the street. Some things are "more look than function", the light in the bathroom is hardly usable to see something, advantage, it's not so bright when you have to go in the night ;-) As a business hotel it was hard to work because there were not many sockets for the laptop, the table was not made for laptops. The WiFi was not very fast, even it was a Sunday, so not so many people were in the hotel, I had problems with video calls in the room. As a hotel, who advertises possibilities for doing office in their rooms, this seems to be a problem, when the house is full. --- Service/Food 5/5 The staff was very nice, nothing to complain, very helpful. They tried to fulfill all wishes as possible. So they made it possible to have the breakfast for take away in a very nice bag. Excellent! The breakfast was one of the best I ever had in a hotel --- Others 2/5 The parking lot is very small and expensive, you have to get out of the car, call the lobby and they have to check if there is a free space. It's very uncomfortable during rainy days. Even I am a Spire Elite member at the IHG member club, I did not receive any upgrade, even the room was free still after I checked in. Conclusion: I would go there again, if i wanna stay some few days with my loved one, not sure if I would visit for a business trip again I would be glad to visit again and see some improvements :-)

I’ve stayed in a few hotels in The Hague and this is certainly the best. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the whole place has good design elements. Three things need to be improved: pillows, toiletries and the cooked breakfast. But these are small things compared to the comfy beds and the excellent location. Complete with a cool cocktail bar in the basement that used to be the vaults of a bank.

What a gorgeous hotel!! The designers really understood what kind of hotel this place needed to become. The interior design is magnificent from the lobby to the restaurant to the bar and to the rooms. The front office staff is so friendly, all very nice Dutch girls in beautiful dresses. The selection of minibar (in a safe!) items was just the best I've ever seen, such good quality! Love the amenities from Rituals (hopefully one day hotels can switch to plastic free amenities) and the shower was so beautiful and comfortable. The light in the toilet is an automatic light so in the night you don't have to search for the switch which is very well done. The cocktail I had in the Gold bar was very well made by the amazing bar tender. Loved the selection of fresh fruits during breakfast as well as the linen napkins! We didn't try the food in the restaurant because we're vegetarians and the only vegetarian dishes were... you guessed it right: risotto and a veggie burger. Nevertheless we had a fantastic stay. Also, once you walk out of the hotel you're in the middle of the most beautiful part of town of The Hague. Stay here and you'll feel like a prince/princess.

I haven't stayed personally at the Indigo because I live locally, but have recommended it to friends and have used it as a satellite office on occasion. Nothing but positive remarks for this little gem - beautiful decor and super friendly staff who continue to go out of their way to make each experience memorable. Shout out to Laura the sales associate who is a great ambassador, as well as her Hungarian colleague (sorry forgot her name) for her welcoming personality.

Beautiful fully renewed hotel with a lot of attention to details. It is in the middle of the shopping area. Parking is nearby. Personnel is very friendly and willing to assist with all your needs. I will definitely return.

A very short walk from Tram 1. Easy access to The Hague Central (first stop) and The Hague HS (third stop) from the Hague HS it is a 30 minute train ride to Amsterdam's main airport. Schiphol. The hotel is an easy, pleasant walk to the Escher Museum in the Palace as well as the Mauritiushaus. Many varied restaurants too. Shopping, galleries everywhere. The Peace Palace a 15 minute walk. You need to be in a tour to visit the actual palace. There is an auxiliary building with free headphones and so much information. It brought tears watching the film. Highly recommend. The hotel itself is an old bank. The safe in the room, just perfect. Two single beds making a king, great sheets, pillows a bit hard, there are four so two should be smaller and softer. Great shower, tollietries, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, electronic drapes, desk, chair, stool. Coffee and tea in safe, personal safe in safe, small refrigerator with 2 bottled water free. Best of all, very kind elegant employees. I will be back.
