The worst experience ever. have worn diesel en fossil watches for 7 years now for the first 5 years had never problems then I have a new watch and the crown of the watch falls of. It was okay I repare it which cost just for the crown 100 euros. Then within 5 months the same things happens and they charge me the same the customer service doesn't help at all and they just charge me 100 euros again. There is no guarantee or anything which they say they have. I think it is a shame of them and the brand. Worst experience ever and will never use their brand again. Had better guarantee on other products with better service.

Had a watch for almost 10 years. Only changed battery once. Now I bought the same watch again... What you love, you can't change.. ;p
