We came to Den Haag from far away for an appointment to view an apartment (additional confirmation via email) and they didn't show up. Very disappointed. If you look at their other reviews - it seems that most of the positive reviews are from friends and non-clients. This is the only review they ever made on Google Maps.
I had only the best experience with this company. Their professionality and flexibility is unparalelled. If you want to hire a room or a studio in Den Haag, hire with DOEN! Especially great was my experience with their broker Ms. Danielle Wennekes. She gave great effort to make the transaction happen, was super accomodating to all the requirements I made, time wise and quality wise, and all in all is by far the best broker I ever met in the Netherlands.
