The worst shopping experience in my life. I ordered the sofa almost 5 months ago and it is still not delivered, the delivery time is extending every 2 weeks. Not recommending to shop there.

Waited 6 months for our couch to arrive and on the day of delivery they send transport to the wrong location (45 min away). Very bad communication with their clients as well. Disappointing.
Groot but ghostly
I have ordered a simple mainstream sofa from DFS on April 15, 2017. The sales person told us it will take up to 3-4 weeks to get it delivered. 4 weeks were mentioned on the invoice from the store. Today is already May 26 (6 weeks later! and two useless calls to the customer service with a promise ' next wee, next week' ) and all I have got is a text message from DFS that not the ' next week' but in TWO next weeks I will get NOT MY SOFA, but the next call. Absolutely useless, misleading sale and service. Beware. E. Salzer
