What a horrible place! Ordered a couch there in May (they promised to deliver in 8-10 weeks), only in November (after 10 calls and letters) they delivered.... (half!!!!) a couch. With hooks sticking out and unfinished leather work. I called again to complain and email about a refund - still bloody nothing! PLEASE do not order there!!!!

!!!!!!!BE CAREFUL - DISHONEST COMPANY - WORST SERVICE!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ADVISE YOU NOT TO FALL INTO THIS SWINDLING TRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We ordered chairs from this company on 29/01/2017. The seller called Lutfi in the Den Haag shop told us that they will take 6-8 weeks to arrive (maximum 3 months as a deadline). They called us twice to ask about the legs color and then we went again to show them the colour chosen. The 3 months deadline passed so we went to the shop to see what happened with our order. We gave them a chance to deliver by end of this week and they said they will call next day to confirm but never did. When we went there the last time, they told us to send an email to customer service. We did and customer service said they will not cancel the order and give us back our down payment and they will make us pay a 50% cancellation fee. The worst customer service ever!!! My advise to you is not to get attracted by their marketing and prices because it will be a trap and you be stuck with this bad company!
